PSL 4 2019

The Pakistan Super League 2019 (PSL 2019) 4th edition is just around the corner. A minor initiative of the Pakistan Cricket Board has grown to an internationally acclaimed event. PSL which took its formative root in 2015 has become a routine yearly event, attracting the attention of cricket lovers and generating excitement among astute cricketers globally.

PSL 2019 (4th Edition) – Ignite the Passion of Pakistan Super League

The 4th PSL edition beginning from February 14, 2019 is devoid of the previous commercial rights like the HBL sponsorship. Although Geo Super TV Channel is billed to air the official broadcast of the PSL Draft event on September 29, 2018, but it is not yet clear if it will secure the full broadcasting right of PSL 2019.

The 4th PSL will be held in UAE and Pakistan. UAE will be home to the initial matches beginning from 14th of February, 2019. Pakistan will hold the last 3 matches with Karachi having the honor to host the final on the 17th March, 2019.

The PSL has really come of age with the decision reached in June 2018 to decentralize the 2019 edition. This move is selling the PSL to the outside world and raising to an international event. No wonder some international cricketers from South Africa and Australia were billed to participate in the 4th Edition to add color to the event of 2019.

Yes indeed, the 2019 PSL-4 edition will be full of glamour and excitement than the three previous editions. A total of 6 squads will be slugging it out with each other during the epic battles on various cricket tuffs. It is confirmed that participating squads are Peshawar Zalami, Islamabad United, Karachi Kings, Quetta Gladiators, Multan Sultans, and Lahore Qalandars.
