Jammu Janbaz is the seventh franchise to play the Kashmir Premier League T20 Championship. The team was founded on February 25, 2022 before the second season of KPL. The team is owned by Kingdom Valley. It represents Jammu region, the winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir. Team is coached by Riaz Afridi. Final squad is yet to be announced in the draft event of KPL 2022.

Jammu Janbaz History

Post completion of KPL 1st season, The president of Kashmir Premier League, Mr. Arif Malik announced the seventh franchise of KPL namely Jammu Janbaz. The franchise was added to pay tribute to the martyrs of Jammu. In July 2022, it was announced that Shahid Afridi, the legend Pakistani all-round player would join the franchise as mentor. Later on, Sharjeel Khan was nominated as the icon player for the squad.
