CSA T20 Challenge 2021 Scorecard and Points Table

The CSA T20 Challenge 2021 would take place in March, and we hope that just like last year, Lions would top the points table again. This is possible if Rassie Van der Dussen can repeat his batting performance and once again become the top scorer. The lions would also hope that Bjorn Fortuin would repeat his incredible bowling performance to help Lions reach the top of the league. But warriors who lost last time by just 11 runs would try to lead the table, and JJ Smuts would have to play another fine knock to help them do that.

CSA T20 Challenge 2019 Scorecard

The 2019 season of the CSA T20 Challenge was very memorable and enthralling. As per the tradition, six sides participated in the 2019 season to win the prestigious title. Dual round qualifications were observed during that season since there was no outside interruption of a pandemic like in 2020. The CSA T20 Challenge 2019 final was played between the Lions and Warriors. The match was a high-scoring affair with Lions batting first and amassing 203 in twenty overs. JJ Smuts of the Warriors played a brilliant inning by scoring 121 runs. But unfortunately, the Warriors fell short in the end and lost the final to Lions by 11 runs.

Lions won the final points table of the 2019 CSA T20 Challenge with 28 points. VKB Knights finished last with only 10 points to their name while also not winning a single game! Rassie Van der Dussen of the Lions was the highest run-scorer that season, scoring 348 runs in 9 innings. On the other hand, Bjorn Fortuin of the Lions was the highest wicket-taker that season, with 15 wickets to his name in 10 matches.
